This means that we may need to handcraft a ring just for you, or adjust the size of an item before we send it out. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. That’s why every piece comes with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. In addition, all our jewellery is fully hallmarked in accordance with UK legislation, certifying its authenticity and origin.
Please note, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from general wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, or improper use. For added protection, we recommend taking out specialist jewellery insurance.

For example, damage from catching a ring on a door handle, losing an earring in a waste disposal unit, or vacuuming up a bracelet would not be covered. If a piece has been altered or resized elsewhere, the warranty becomes void.
