UK delivery times:
We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, due to the volume of product we offer, it is not always possible to have every item in stock. This means that we may need to handcraft a ring just for you, or adjust the size of an item before we send it out. If we’re unable to dispatch your order immediately we’ll give you an estimated dispatch date. In any case, we will always email you with a dispatch date within 8 hours* of receiving your order. (*This response time applies during our office opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. If you place your order outside of these times, we will contact you the next working day.)

Any defect in the craftsmanship of our jewellery is fully covered for 5 years from purchase.
If a fault or a defect is found in the way our jewellery was crafted, we will correct the defect or exchange or remake the jewellery at no cost to you.
Please know, whilst our jewellery is robust to suffice daily wear, it is not a maintenance free commodity. Care needs to be taken with all jewellery, especially rings that contain gemstones all the way around.
Our diamonds are conflict free.
Our silver, gold and platinum jewellery is hallmarked in the UK.
Our jewellery is backed by a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (except when we make an item especially for you).
Please note that our guarantee does not cover accidental or intentional damage or loss caused by the customer or a third party.
It also does not cover any jewellery that has been taken to another jeweller or craftsperson for work, alteration or resizing.
We can give you some real life examples that have not been covered by our guarantee: such as catching a ring on a door frame, accidentally dropping an earring into a waste disposal container or vacuuming up a bracelet.
If anything does happen to your jewellery, whether it’s your fault or ours, the best thing to do is send it back to us for an assessment. We will then either repair the item for free under our guarantee, or we will charge you a small fee for the repair if the damage was caused by you. We will always be forthright and let you know beforehand if there are any charges.
One way or another we will always do our utmost to help.

To keep your surprise safe, the outer packaging that we deliver your jewellery in is plain.
On the outside, our plain postal package does not say The Diamond Store anywhere, nor state what the contents are.
So if you’re buying a gift for someone who lives in the same address as you, your secret will remain safe – as long as they don’t open the package!
On the inside, however, you’ll find your beautiful jewellery, along with our stylish gift presentation set, ready for your special occasion.
