Once you’ve checked out, you’ll be given the option to either write or record a personal message for the recipient.
Written gift messages are engraved onto a card and packed with your order, and video messages are included in your package the same way – just as a QR code for your loved one to scan to access.
A video message makes a lovely, personal addition to any jewellery piece, especially if you won’t be there to give your loved one the gift yourself.
IS INCLUDING A VIDEO MESSAGE FREE?
Yes, both written and video gift messages are complimentary with all purchases.
HOW DOES VIDEO MESSAGING WORK?
After checkout, you’ll be given the option to record a video message.
- Simply record the message and confirm you’re happy with it. If not, re-record it until you are.
- Your video message will then be processed, and a corresponding QR code will be engraved onto a card, placed in an envelope and included with your order.
- Once the package is opened, the recipient will be able to scan the QR code and watch your gift message.
- The recipient can even reply with their own video message – which you’ll be notified about by email.
WHAT SHOULD I SAY IN MY VIDEO MESSAGE?
This is entirely up to you! Depending on who your recipient is and what the gift is for, you could wish them a happy birthday or anniversary, a Merry Christmas, or just include a clip to say you’re thinking of them. You can even gather the family around and get everyone to join in!
WHAT CAN I RECORD THE VIDEO MESSAGE ON?
You can record the video message on a phone, tablet or computer.
HOW DOES THE VIDEO MESSAGE GET DELIVERED?
The video message is processed, and a corresponding QR code is created. This QR code is then engraved onto a card which is included in the order. The recipient can then scan the QR code and watch the video.
CAN I RE-RECORD MY MESSAGE IF I MAKE A MISTAKE?
Yes, you can. Just hit the re-record button until you’re happy.
WILL I KNOW WHEN THEY’VE OPENED THE MESSAGE?
Yes, you will. Once the QR code has been scanned, you’ll receive an email to say your video has been watched.
WILL THE VIDEO MESSAGE WORK WITH ALL PHONES?
The video message will work with all smart phones.
