Yes, depending on the item, we can resize your The Diamond Store ring. In the first instance we may look to return or exchange your ring for a new size, however if this doesn’t work out, we are usually able to resize the ring for you.

Some bracelets and necklaces can be resized, but we recommend contacting our customer service team for assistance. The timeframe and cost will depend on an assessment conducted after the item is sent back to us. Assessments typically take two weeks, after which you will receive a quote that includes the resizing time required.

The Diamond Store accepts returns and exchanges on rings between the sizes of J and Q, but rings outside of these sizes cannot be returned as they have been especially sized for your order.
