HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER?

Our Customer Service Team works on orders from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Once we have processed your order, you will receive an email with an estimated dispatch date. Please note that we can only update you on your order if the estimated dispatch date has passed.

To check the status of your order:

FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY

We offer free next day delivery on many items with DPD, for all UK & Northern Ireland orders if ordered before 12pm UK time, Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays). Friday, Saturday & Sunday orders will be shipped the following Monday. Not all items are available for next day delivery. Due to the volume of products that we stock, we may need to handcraft a ring just for you or adjust the size of an item before sending it out. If we’re unable to dispatch your order immediately we’ll give you an estimated dispatch date. If you’re unsure, you can speak with a personal shopper to check availability before making a purchase.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We now offer same day delivery on select items for £30 when you order by 2pm Monday to Thursday or by 11:30am on Friday. Our courier delivers to all London based postcodes – see if yours qualifies .
